Our system automatically activates the VIP package after purchase, which typically takes 2-3 minutes. However, if you don't receive the package within this timeframe, we recommend that you make a ticket on our Discord server so we can assist you.
Our VIP packages are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. However, you can also subscribe to our packages, which renew automatically every month.
Follow this guide if you wish to cancel your subscription.
You can redeem your kits in-game, 2 hours after wipe by using the /kit chat command.
If you log in with Discord at checkout the role will automatically be given to you. However, if you forgot to do so, please create a tick and we will give you the "donator" discord role.
